Calamari sauteed with cucumber and Kimchee (mực xào với dưa chuột và kimchee)

Calamari with kimchee and cucumber

Ingredients:

Korean Chili Paste
Korean Chili Paste
  1.  1 lbs of calamari...thinly slices
  2.  2 small cucumbers....slice thin
  3.  2 small tomatoes...medium cut
  4.   1/2 white onion....dice
  5.   Kimchee ..add as much as you like
  6.   1 table spoon of canola oil
  7.   3 cloves of garlic....minced
  8.   2 teaspoon of soy sauce
  9.   1 table spoon of Korean red chili paste
  10.   Fresh ground black pepper
  11.   Cilantro for garnish      
 Start with adding oil into a high heat pan and  add tomatoes, garlic and onions and sauteed until tomatoes are broken down then add kimchee and calamari, follow with cucumber and allremaining ingredients.  It is important not to overcook the calamari or it will be tough.  This only takes a  couple of minutes to cook so have all your ingredients ready.
