Calamari with kimchee and cucumber |
Ingredients:
Korean Chili Paste |
- 1 lbs of calamari...thinly slices
- 2 small cucumbers....slice thin
- 2 small tomatoes...medium cut
- 1/2 white onion....dice
- Kimchee ..add as much as you like
- 1 table spoon of canola oil
- 3 cloves of garlic....minced
- 2 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 table spoon of Korean red chili paste
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Cilantro for garnish
