3 table spoon of minced lemongrass
1 minced shallot, 2 minced cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of Korean chilli powder, 1 whole chilli
2 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1pinch of Kosher salt,
1 tablespoon of sugar, green onions for garnish
(5 minutes for lemongrass, shallot, garlic, chili, then brown diced chicken for 5 minutes, deglaze with wine and fish sauce. add remaining ingredients and cook until most of liquids are dry)
