Best Vietnamese Restaurant in San Diego, California

Saigon on 5th is one of my favorite place around due to their ambiance and great service. My favorite is canh khoai mo but of course the owner is there to please you with whatever you desire and whatever they have fresh that day. Not even OC restaurants can compete with this place. You will impress your 1st date.
