4 pounds of chicken wings - deep fried to a crunch
1 stick of butter (half cup) - over med-low heat in small sauce pan
2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 table spoon each of onion/garlic powder
1/4 cup of fish sauce, juice of 1 large orange, 1/2 lemon juice
fresh ground black pepper, 1 table spoon of hot sauce, 1 red pepper
4 table spoon of sugar
Adjust seasonings to your liking and toss chicken in sauce right after remove from frying, when wings are still hot. garnish with green onion.
